Admissions Process
Apply, sign electronically, and begin self-paced coursework through the Student Portal.
Enrollment is open year-round. Follow these steps to begin your program or single-course path at California Century University.
- Request information (optional) — Ask about programs, transfer credit, or payment plans. Our admissions team responds by email within one business day.
- Apply online — Complete the Apply Now form, select your program or course, and sign the enrollment agreement electronically.
- Pay registration fee — A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $50 USD confirms your application (payment instructions provided after apply).
- Receive portal access — Use the Student Portal to view courses, handbook, study guide, essays, and examinations.
- Begin coursework — Progress at your own pace. Mid-term and final examinations unlock according to essay completion rules.
Doctoral (EdD) programs are not offered. Undergraduate and graduate business pathways only.
